What are you?

It has been stated that you are what you think.

Ponder this for a moment.

You are the product of all of your thoughts and efforts based upon those thoughts.

The quality of your life is a reflection of the quality of your thinking.

Your hopes and dreams, successes and failures can be attributed to a great extent to how you go about thinking of the world around you.

Perhaps thinking about how you think is very important.
